What is Junior Achievement?

Junior Achievement programs help prepare young people for the real world by showing them how to generate wealth and effectively manage it, how to create jobs which make their communities more robust, and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking to the workplace. Students put these lessons into action and learn the value of contributing to their communities.

Volunteer with us at JA!

Junior Achievement classroom volunteers serve as instructors in local K-12 classrooms presenting structured curriculum developed by Junior Achievement. Volunteers compliment the curriculum by sharing their personal and employment experiences with the kids. Junior Achievement offers local instructor orientation sessions before classes begin and online training is also available.
